Despite the antics of Senator Filemon Escobar MAS, Congress finally set dates for general elections, referendum and constituent assembly. The "at last" because I'm not happy with these early elections (as this comes thanks to months and months of absurd conflicts), but because Congress could finally decide something (the second thing worth the penalty after he accepted the resignation of Carlos Mesa).
